Ims & social

IMS All Stars 2.jpg

Intramural Sport (IMS) sessions provide an environment to suit every player - whether you have just started playing, want to master a shot, or compete in tournaments against friends.

WHAT IS IMS?

In our IMS sessions we set up league fixtures for members to play against each other, competing for a chance to represent the club in the Tri-Campus Games.

Alongside this we offer regular coaching by our BUCS players and a chance to socialise outside of the sport.

WHO CAN PLAY?

All skill levels are welcome in this sector of club, particularly those who enjoy friendly competition or want to improve their game as we provide coaching as well as the opportunity to enter a league.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

To become a member you must have a David Ross Sports Village membership. The cost of our membership is an additional £35 for the full academic year, or £25 for a single term.

Membership can be bought on our Student's Union page: https://www.su.nottingham.ac.uk/sports/sport/tabletennis/

WHEN AND WHERE?

The sessions take place every Thursday (term-time only) from 5:30 - 8pm in The Salle, David Ross Sports Village (NG7 2RD).

There is also an opportunity to play on a Sunday evening on the Jubilee Campus - ask the IMS Exec for information.

Join our Facebook group for updates about when the sessions will be taking place this academic year.
